William Baxter - Deputy Chief Executive

William Baxter

William has built an excellent reputation on delivering a personal service to his clients. He is customer focused and believes in delivering a bespoke service to each client that supports their corporate values. Noel Mahony - Managing Director

Noel Mahony

Noel has worked in the Irish and UK food service market for many years. He has a thorough understanding of the key drivers that make a successful catering operation. His interpersonal skills and experience ensure that we listen to our clients requirements so that our service continuously exceeds expectations.

Noel's style and enthusiasm is infectious and has tremendous loyalty and support from his team.

Mike Malloy - Managing Director Ireland

Mike started his career with Hilton Hotels. He then opened his own restaurant in London before moving in to the Foodservice business, initially with Goldman Sachs. He has spent the last 12 years in Ireland working for Compass group in a number of senior sales and operations roles including managing director from 2002 to 2008.

Mike strongly believes our business is about solutions, relationships and making things happen - but most of all its about the food!
