BaxterStorey has achieved its highest Hospitality Assured score to date. The business received an incredible 81.6%, ranking amongst the highest scoring organisations within the same sector. Hospitality Assured is the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality. It assesses nine areas of business, from customer research and business planning to service delivery and customer satisfaction improvement.
In addition to observing working practices, service and team interaction, the assessors selected a number of staff at random to be interviewed. BaxterStorey programmes such as the Chef Academy, Barista Academy and Advanced Management Project were just some of the initiatives identified as equipping teams with the skills and knowledge to provide an exceptional level of service.
